From Mazamitla to Maui
Inspired by the flavors of Mazamitla, Mexico, Chef Sergio has spent decades honing his craft in some of Maui's most popular restaurants, including Mala Ocean Tavern, Frida's Beach House, Maui Tacos and Penne Pasta. Today, he creates fresh, flavorful Mexican cuisine with every plate that leaves the kitchen.
Start with fresh chips and house-made salsa, then settle in with a margarita made to order with fresh-squeezed lime juice.
